Fire Watch Patrols
Trained fire watch officers conduct systematic patrols of your property at NFPA-required intervals — typically every 30 minutes for hot work areas and every hour for impaired fire systems — logging each round and any hazards identified.
Fire System Impairment Coverage
When sprinklers, alarms, standpipes, or water supply systems are down for maintenance or repair, our officers maintain continuous watch to detect fire, report emergencies, and initiate evacuation if needed.
Hot Work Fire Watch
Dedicated fire watch positioned during welding, cutting, grinding, and other spark-producing activities. Officers remain on station for a minimum of 30 minutes after hot work is completed to monitor for smoldering fire.
Compliance Documentation
